I love being a Realtor® in the Iowa City area! My wife and I came here “for a few years” over 35 years ago—and never left. The Iowa City area offers an incredible variety of homes, from vibrant downtown condos to countryside acreages near top-notch employers, entertainment, and cultural attractions. I’ve been a Realtor® since 2005, and my years of experience and deep knowledge of the area allow me to provide clients with accurate, insightful advice. The most important service I offer is truly listening to their needs and working tirelessly to make their vision a reality. My wife, Lisa, and I are the proud parents of triplets, so multitasking comes naturally! I also believe in the value of ongoing education and hold designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), e-PRO Certified Agent, Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX).

I have lived in the Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty area my whole life. I've had the privilege of seeing the community develop over time, and I'm very familiar with everything the area has to offer. I attended Regina High School and went on to pursue my career as a Realtor. I have worked at REMAX Affiliates since September 2017 and became licensed at the beginning of 2018. In 2021, I joined The Laura Soride Team and now work alongside Laura Soride, Chuck Bogh and Koko Tian where we have a combined 49 years of experience. While I am well versed in both the buying and selling of real estate, I find that I enjoy working with first time home buyers the most, guiding them through the process and answering any questions they may have. I hold designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), e-PRO Certified Agent, Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Certified Full Service Professional (CFSP), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

I have lived in Iowa City for the past 20 years with my three boys. During that time, I have bought, managed, and sold, many rental houses in the area. I became a full time REALTOR in 2012, and would be happy to assist in all of your real estate needs.
