I spoke with Alex back in Aug. 2014 about some property in my neighborhood. At that time I wasn't ready to sell and let him know that, he was still very helpfull with questions I had, and did a work up on my property. I told him I would let him know when I was ready, well it took me longer then I thought to get the place ready because I had some heath problums, he gave me a follow up call just to touch base with me and when I told him what all I had going on and that I would call him as soon as I was ready he said ok and didn't keep calling like some I have delt with in the past. Sandy is an extremely friendly, honest, and competent person. I met her when she was the agent for a place that I had rented. Any little issue that I had with the place was fixed immediately. After I initiated buying discussions with Sandy, my wife and I decided to buy a condo of our own. We were picky buyers with a low budget. Sandy worked for three months to find a place.
