Paul Heyhurst is the best. We have bought and sold seven homes over our adult lives and the last one down here was the most complex and difficult, but thankfully we had Paul on our side. My husband and I were very lucky to be connected to Kris through our mortgage company. Kris was extremely patient with us in finding the right house. She never tried to push us into a house that was clearly unsuitable to what we were looking for (we experienced this with a previous agent). Kris was quick and available and a pleasure to work with. She was simply wonderful. We have since recommended Kris to relatives whose condo she sold in a matter of a couple of days and to friends who plan to sell/buy in the future. I definitely plan on getting in touch with Kris if we intend to purchase real estate in the future.
