He sold our relative's home (who had passed away) under extremely difficult circumstances during the COVID-19 pandemic! He found us a buyer who could pay cash as the banks are not giving very many loans at this time! Paul provided as service to clean out and sell all the belongings in the house as we are 600 miles away! Paul always responded to my texts within minutes! Paul is a great RE agent to work with. I was an out-of-town buyer looking for a small second/retirement home on the spacecoast. I only had 5 days: to find a place, negotiate and get an offer accepted, get financing, insurance, deal with the HOA requirements and arrange for home inspection. Paul's knowledge, experience and hard work enabled me to get this done! He got me in touch with local competent professionals and worked with me in an extremely responsive manner to keep everybody on track and the process going forward. His overall advice on a variety of issues with the property and the process was awesome. You couldn't find a more knowledgeable, competent agent.
