I only had 5 days: to find a place, negotiate and get an offer accepted, get financing, insurance, deal with the HOA requirements and arrange for home inspection. Paul's knowledge, experience and hard work enabled me to get this done! He got me in touch with local competent professionals and worked with me in an extremely responsive manner to keep everybody on track and the process going forward. His overall advice on a variety of issues with the property and the process was awesome. You couldn't find a more knowledgeable, competent agent. Not to mention Paul is a nice, easy guy to work with.

Paul was an absolute Godsend. Not only did he do a spectacular job evaluating the property, getting accurate comps, and determining the appropriate list price, but he also had a wealth of contacts to assist with any minor repairs, painting, carpet and tile cleaning, etc. that may have been recommended. Paul also identified someone to assist me with an Estate sale to liquidate all of the household furnishings. As a non-resident of Florida who inherited my parents property after my mothers death, it was a blessing to have someone as professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable as Paul working on my behalf. I highly recommend him.
