Above and Beyond
I inherited my father's property in a senior community, and I was referred to Paul by my estate attorney. I live out of state, and Paul met me when I was in town during a holiday weekend, and he took care of everything. He listed the property, dealt with the HOA, and, when there were electrical issues (and the AC quit working!) Paul arranged for all the repairs and was on site whenever needed. He acted as my agent, in the truest sense of the word, throughout this process. Paul kept me updated every step of the way, both during the process of making the repairs and when he was showing the property. He answered all my questions and was honest with me and provided sound advice when I asked for it. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul - he was kind and understanding and, above all, he's very good at what he does.

Alex is the best!
Alex handled the sale of my Merritt Island, Florida home. I had purchased a home in Delaware and had already moved, so everything for me was done. I’m a distance. Alex went above and beyond to ensure my home was in pristine condition and he was able to sell it for top dollar. I fully trusted him to take care of my property and all the details and getting my home sold I can never thank him enough.

Excellent experience working with Paul
Paul is a very professional and knowledgeable agent. He was always on time with paperwork and any responses to questions that I had. He was able to complete the sale of my property in very short time and his team made the entire sale and closing process a pleasure. Thank you very much Paul.
