Being first time home buyers, we had many questions and hesitations throughout the process, all of which were addressed honestly and respectfully in a timely manner. He quickly earned our trust by showing an understanding of our needs, demonstrating his depth of knowledge, and providing honest and candid feedback regarding our home search along the way. David made himself available to help schedule and meet with inspectors when we were unavailable, and helped guide communication with our lender and escrow to move the process along. Overall, David was an exceptional realtor whom we would gladly refer to anyone.

My brother and I had the pleasure of working with David to purchase our first home. An exciting milestone for us and David made it a good experience for us . David extremely knowledgeable about the market and helped guide us in the right direction after we told him the characteristics of the house we were in search of . He was always ready with research prior to whatever house we went and saw . No matter the time we could reach David for any questions and as soon as we saw a house we liked he jumped on making an appointment to see the house , which was crucial at a time with low inventory . And any house that we made and offer on I felt comfortable David was doing the best for us . I can genuinely say David is a nice guy and a great agent! Highly recommend.

I would recommend Debbie Rauh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable agent to sell property. Since I don't live in Los Angeles, I needed someone who I could trust and who could handle this deal from a distance if necessary. There were a number of issues that had to be dealt with, including my mother's trust and Debbie handled all to my satisfaction. Debbie know the local market and other agents well and advised me on which offers were legitimate and which were not. Her advice was invaluable. Debbie has great communication skills and kept me informed at all times, whether by phone, text and email. The offer to purchase that we finally accepted came while I was out of the country. It was amazing to me how much we could accomplish using DocuSign while I was away.
