Melissa and Kent helped us purchase a home two years ago and we discussed the option of renting or selling our current home. After two years of renting our home out we decided it was time to sell. Melissa and Kent reviewed our property and made suggestions of what to replace and what to leave. They had a full price offer within 24 hours and several back up offers. Kent and Melissa are great communicators, negotiators and know the market. Both experiences with them have been amazing!

I had the pleasure of working with Kent and Melissa Kiser in the sale of our home. They know the area market very well and offered good advice. From first contact until the sale they were always professional. I would definitely give them a thumbs up and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I highly recommend Nick as a realtor. He helped us sell two properties recently. He is very responsive to anything that may come up during the process always being available for us. I am in the mortgage industry and I know the lender for one of our buyer's was very impressed with him going above and beyond to help with the lending process. He leaves no stone unturned and I know anyone working with him will be very satisfied with his hard work for them.

Nick take time to learn who you are so he can help you get what you want. He was always accessible and when he didn't have an answer he found the answer swiftly. We progressed from shopping the market to building new and he stayed with us through that whole process. He is always encouraging but we've found he also knew when to steer us away from something. We knew he was helping with other clients but he somehow always gave us all the time we needed. Not to mention our two little boys love him to pieces.

We could not have asked for a more patient realtor! We were looking for our perfect dream home on the water and he helped us for two years. Sending us info on everything that came up for sale. My husband and I were being very particular, and my husband asks a lot of questions. If Nick did not know the answer he would find it. We could always count on him to have a smile on his face even when we said Nope over and over. So if your looking for a laid back, patient, knowledgeable Realtor with a sense of humor call Nick.

Nick's greatest asset is that he cares about his client(s) above all else. He not only worked exceptionally hard to find us the right home, he always put our goals and interests above his own. He is a rare breed and I give him my highest recommendation.

Nick worked hard for me. In a time crunch he didn't waste my time showing me properties I wouldn't want. Didn't push me into a house I couldn't afford. Really felt like I had a partner in my search. Thanks Nick

We couldn't have asked for a better representative to sell our home. One day on the market and it was gone! Whether you want to buy or sell, Nick is your guy.

Nick was very professional. We enjoyed working with him. This is our 14th real estate transaction, so we have had much experience with buying and selling real estate.
