Mitch was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He was responsive and if we asked to see a house he would get us in ASAP. We never had to wait to hear back from him and then watch a house slip through our fingers. We originally were looking in the northwest suburbs but from the start he said we would likely end up in the Southwest...he was right. He knew what we wanted more so than we did and it helped us to find our current home.

We decided to call Dawn because she sold the house next door and we later found out she had sold 2 others on our street in Burnsville. She came out to meet with us to determine what improvements needed to be addressed before the house went on the market. She also took her time explaining the comparable homes, and how the whole process worked. Our house sold in 6 days above list price!!! The whole process went smoothly from the purchase agreement right to closing. Dawn provided excellent customer service and was very easy to work with. Could not have asked for anything more. She also worked with the builder of our new home to assist in the timing of the completion of construction and also assisted in selecting the paint/carpet/tile, etc. We would recommend Dawn Lund to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Dawn is not your typical real estate agent. She's a neighborhood advisor. She's not pushy, she's not salesy, nor transactional. We established a great relationship and it helped with our open candid conversations. Which you need to have as you go through this process.
