Wow - where to begin. John recently helped my wife and I purchase our first home and we cannot say enough about this guy. He never seemed annoyed or bothered even when we knew we were being overbearing - he made himself totally available to us when we needed to speak or meet with him. He is transparent, he is straightforward, he is knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of his profession. And yes, we got a great deal on the house we bought - he is wonderful in negotiations. He even had some contacts we used for some work we needed done on our house after closing and we were thrilled with them as well! John is a consummate professional.
