Nick take time to learn who you are so he can help you get what you want. He was always accessible and when he didn't have an answer he found the answer swiftly. We progressed from shopping the market to building new and he stayed with us through that whole process. He is always encouraging but we've found he also knew when to steer us away from something. We knew he was helping with other clients but he somehow always gave us all the time we needed. Not to mention our two little boys love him to pieces.

I highly recommend Nick as a realtor. He helped us sell two properties recently. He is very responsive to anything that may come up during the process always being available for us. I am in the mortgage industry and I know the lender for one of our buyer's was very impressed with him going above and beyond to help with the lending process. We could not have asked for a more patient realtor! We were looking for our perfect dream home on the water and he helped us for two years. Sending us info on everything that came up for sale.
