Giovanni Campos is a consummate professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable in real estate home sales and marketing. He gave us the option of “not” using a lockbox when viewing/showing our home, meaning his personal assistant would open the house and remain onsite during all real estate agent and/or buyer visits. As results, Giovanni and is team ensured our ventage home was presented in the best light possible, as a true gem preserved in a time capsule. Our home had almost daily viewings until we went under contract. And, although Giovanni presented us with all/multiple offers, he advised us to only entertain those buyers with proposals near our listing price. It was an outstanding experience working with Giovanni and is team from start to closing the sale of our home, I would highly recommend Giovanni Campos to friends and family.
