To begin with I had already set up 2 more appointments with other realtors, Giovanni was my first appointment, I found him very secure and knowledgeable of his business without promising unrealistic expectations, After giving the whole tour of my property, it was time for me to say thank you and I’ll call you back, but I was so impressed with him and we had such a good rapport that I decided to follow my first impression and I signed the contract with him and had to cancel my other appointments; and this was definitely a good decision. We price it correctly he had an excellent marketing strategy and it was sold above sales price in 6 weeks. Giovanni responds all my calls and answer all my questions in a timely manner.
