First, Greg negotiated an almost unnegotiable deal, just to save me as much money as possible. Then we dealt with a difficult and unresponsive corporate seller. THEN we had a heck of a time with a terrible title company. Greg was my advocate and sounding board the whole time. He went above and beyond his duties and took the deal personally. He was always available, responsive and dependable. Greg treated me as if we were longtime friends or family. I have a feeling Greg treats all of his clients that way. Angela is a detail oriented realtor and she really works hard for her client. She went above and beyond her job to help me find my new house and she tried very hard to make sure I will be happy with my house purchase. She followed up and kept me updated in every step of the way. I was an out of state buyer so Angela spent a whole day to take me around to check out other properties even we had already made a decision and made offer for our house. We flew to Florida on a red eye flight and Angela bought us food, water and other necessities so we have something to use while waiting for our moving pods to arrive. I cannot say enough good things about Angela and her great personality, but I what I can say is that she will be my realtor for my investment properties and I will refer her to all my family and friends when they want to buy a house in Florida.

It is important to have a knowledgeable agent in areas of Florida that will make and not lose equity.
