Friends of our who purchased in Fairway Village the year before recommended Gina to us. They had a great experience and highly recommended her. We met her with them accompanying us. She was very professional in her approach and extremely knowledgeable about Fairway Village. She led us through the listings and lined up showings through our stay in March at River Strand Condominiums. We continued to look with Gina guiding us until we left for North Dakota in early April. Listings were scant and just didn’t donate with us. Upon returning home we found one in the listings Gina was providing that appealed to our curiosity. We employed Gina’s technology skills as well as our friends in making this purchase totally via FaceTime. Not normal for us but Gina did a great job of showing us the unit multiple times and getting answers as questions arose. In short she guided us nicely through the entire process. We now have our unit and are anxious to get down to Largo to view it. Thank you Gina!!!!

Judy actually represented the buyer in my situation, but as I was not represented independently, she gave what I felt was excellent and even handed advice about how to proceed. In this busy market with multiple offers I felt comfortable with Judy and did not feel she was overstating her clients ability or motivation in making an offer. She was respectful of my time, and efficient when moving the transaction forward. I am the one that asked to move the closing us due to my time constraints, and despite the chaos, I believe everything went amazing. So, to wrap up, I will also leave that as my final comment on Judy as a realtor "Amazing"! :)

We have worked with several realtors in multiple states and have no hesitation in stating that Tony is one of the best, if not the best realtor with whom we have worked. His professionalism and knowledge was evidenced over the course of several months by his being attentive, but not overbearing, to all questions posed to him. We purchased a home in Fairway Village. We were fortunate to have found Gina Poore as the realtor to show us homes. She is truly a nice person who listens and works to find what you want in your new home. She gave helpful suggestions to "remodeling" concerns and provided us with names of individuals she felt were competent to call upon when we might need them.
