Jessica took care of everything. We live out of town and Jessica handled everything from making sure the carpets were vacuumed to overseeing the installation of a new HVAC system. Jessica called every time something came up just to keep us posted. Her knowledge of the real estate market and professionalism during the whole process was top notch and you couldn't ask for a nicer person. We were very pleased with marketing strategy and the final selling price

We had an outstanding experience with Gina. Not only did she maximize our sales price but she went above and beyond to track down our hard to find title. I would strongly recommend her! Gina- you’re the best

You don’t often meet someone that takes such pride in their work and the ability to solve problems on the fly. My first purchase made it almost to closing and fell through. Gina took this as a challenge to make things right again. Every day she was calling and texting me with new opportunities and advice on each property. We just closed on the perfect property and believe she was more excited then we were. Even now she continues to provide assistance and expert advice. Use Gina for either selling or buying and I guarantee you will thank me.

Nan went above and beyond in the sale of our home. She advised us regarding minor alterations (floors, paint) and staging that we believe lead to a quick sale above asking. Because we live 2 hours from our former home, she stepped in when necessary to meet workmen. She was very professional and her experience was evident. Having not sold a home in twenty-five years, we were nervous initially, but Nan put us at ease.
