As an out-of-state owner of a condominium in Clearwater Beach, I was fortunate enough to find Nan George as my real estate agent to handle my rentals of the condo. Let's face it. Rentals are a pain for the owner and the broker as they don't make much on the rental and the yearly showings can be time consuming when the lease expires. But Nan was gracious and excellent in screening tenants and helping with managing the condo for 11 years. So naturally when I decided to sell, she was the realtor. Her skills with renting my condo translated seamlessly to selling my condo and within a couple of weeks we had a contract for sale. Excellent local knowledge of real estate and real estate law, great communications skills, wonderful to work with, great at follow through. You are in excellent hands with Nan. I recommend her highly.
