I felt he priced my house for value given the remodeling that had been done in past years. During the viewings and offers, he kept me informed and was always available to take a call or stop by. Working directly with Ed instead of a large team was great. Ed was in tune with my wants and needing to be flexible given my schedule. It also made me feel more valued as a client.
