Ed spelled out the market place for homes in our area. He provided data on recent sales: prices and number of purchases for homes priced in our range. He took time to explain potential options. We had used him before and were not disappointed in utilizing his accumulated data and expertise again. He always followed through with his commitments and was responsive all communications. Claudia came over as soon as we called her, and when she left an hour later we had a comprehensive and clear plan to sell our home. She then mobilized numerous contractors over the next few weeks, including painters, various handymen and stagers, not to mention several inspectors, who transformed our home inexpensively and nicely.
