Paula made the home buying experience extremely pleasant. From the moment we toured the home, all the way through closing, I felt properly represented. Paula made it a priority to keep her schedule very flexible as well as keep me in the loop the entire time. When there was an issue with the property prior to closing, Paula communicated with the sellers agent in an extremely professional and time efficient manner, and would not let me close on the house until I was comfortable with the work done. I did not feel pressured at all during the process, and knew I could reach out to her for anything!

Mary is well versed in the Real Estate field. We found her on a fluke at a home viewing. Mary is very professional and on point in her field. She sold our house for us. She took great care in keeping us informed of the sale process to completion. She also helped us find our new home, which we love. She is a very good negotiator too. I would give her 10 stars, because 5 stars are not enough. I have recommended her to our friends & family, who are considering selling or buying. Mary is the best!

I was told at the beginning when I was introduced to If I follow Marty's suggestions that it would be a quick sell. Boy did it ever come true. Right away we had 3 good offers the first backed out, but the next one in line jumped on it. Mary proved herself from the beginning all the way to the end. You won't go wrong sign up with her to either buy or sell you home.

Sheila is an excellent realtor! She takes the time to explain everything and anything you ask and responds to emails, calls and texts quickly. Sheila gave us her honest opinion but didn’t push us into any decision, always allowing us choose how we felt best to proceed. If we ever had an issue she was quick to get it resolved and worked with the realtors, financing, title agency so we didn’t have to. Sheila was well researched on the areas we were looking at (there were several) and always had up to date information on comps for us to make informed decisions. She offered to do several open houses and went to great lengths to get exposure for our house, which helped us to sell our house faster. Sheila also worked hard to help us find the right company for financing on our new home. This was our second time using Sheila as our realtor and we wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Sheila was recommended to us by my Dad’s estate attorney because of her expertise in this area along with the attorney stressing her honesty. All these were true as we moved forward to sell his house after his passing. All siblings are out of town so Sheila went above and beyond to take care of the house and keep us informed and up to date on all aspects of the list/ sale. She gave expertise when we asked (along with reasons) but decisions were made by us. Excellent real estate agent!

Sheila was wonderful to work with. She was so understanding and sympathetic to our needs. (Our father passed away and we were selling his house.) She helped us out in so many ways. Not only did she help us list the house, but she teamed us up with other professionals for the estate sale and a few needed repairs. Everything was explained to us and we were never in the dark about any step of the process. Her values matched our values. She was in constant contact with us about everything.
