We are so thankful that we worked with Colleen on both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. I never doubted that we were in capable hands who would help us reach the best outcome. She was responsive to our concerns and questions (and we had quite a few!) and I never felt like we were a burden when reaching out. Although we bought new construction, I am grateful that we had her guidance along the way. Without her, I would have been worried that the builder could have been taking advantage of us but I knew that Colleen always had our back. Bette was the best, and I hired her to sell my house because I knew from a friend's experience with her through several sales that she knows what she is doing, as her resume and many accolades testify. Her decades of experience in my neighborhood, with deep knowledge of how buyers there think, and her understanding of how to work with the township (esoteric!) was invaluable. My house sold quickly even though there was alot of competition with similar homes going up at the same time. Bette held my hand through all the U&O criteria I had to meet and told me exactly what I should do and not do to make my house marketable, saving me so much anxiety and uncertainty. She was the best companion a seller could want 😸.
