Bette was the best, and I hired her to sell my house because I knew from a friend's experience with her through several sales that she knows what she is doing, as her resume and many accolades testify. Her decades of experience in my neighborhood, with deep knowledge of how buyers there think, and her understanding of how to work with the township (esoteric!) was invaluable. My house sold quickly even though there was alot of competition with similar homes going up at the same time.
