I feel like when most people are looking to purchase a home their realtor is just a part of the transaction and have difficulty relating with them. Working with Kevin felt like someone who was on my side and looking out for my best interests. It did not seem like Kevin was pushing me to buy a house just to complete a transaction, but that he was actively trying to make sure that all my needs in a house were met. After completing my purchase I did not have any buyer's remorse because of the effort that Kevin put in during the showing, inspection, and final walkthrough. I will be recommending Kevin to any friends or family that are looking for a relator in the future.
