This is the second time we have worked with Matt Dillman on the purchase of a home and the first time selling a home. He made the process so easy. Lisa was on top of things from the beginning. Being 700 miles away I was completely dependent on her to arrange for inspections, confirm with others that things were in process or had been done. Lisa was great! She went the extra mile for us! We were relocating from IL and Due to schedules and timing, we weren’t always available to house hunt in person. We sent Lisa our wants and needs and she would send us homes, we’d select a few and she would do video tours and record walkthroughs! She accommodated to our schedule when we could be in person. She saw 27 homes with us in 1 day. God bless her! I got to know Lisa on a more personal level and she has become a sweet friend. Lisa is knowledgeable of the Nashville area and its surroundings. We were buying a house from out of state and we were SO thankful for Matt’s guidance on areas to live. He was extremely organized and so we knew a more than a week ahead of time exactly where and when we would need to be in order to sign all our documents.
