This is the second time we have worked with Matt Dillman on the purchase of a home and the first time selling a home. He made the process so easy. He made sure we knew exactly what to do to get our home ready to be sold. We were in a little bit of a time crunch on buying a new home at the same time, but he made it work, and we were able to close on both the same day.
