•Daniela is an amazing agent. The first day we met she was very well prepared and knowledgeable. She had comps of the surrounding area, was very well informed of the property and the location and knew exactly how much my home should be listed at. My husband and I had guessed lower than her actual number and we were extremely pleased with the sale of the home. Daniela checked in on us weekly to make sure we kept our home “show” ready and booked showings and open houses accordingly. I could not have asked for a better person to help us sell our home. We HIGHLY recommend her and in fact we are using her again to help us purchase a property this time around. Daniela is a lovely lady and we are thankful to our neighbor for recommending her to us.
