My buying process took a long time because of a renovation loan in addition to the mortgage. Along the way she explained the process to the seller which gave the seller reassurance to not seek another offer on the house. Trisha even gave advise on the remodel and was helpful finding and negotiating with the contractor. Her patience with the process was appreciated and at one point even convinced me to not abandon the sale!
