Had to withdraw from first lake house deal due to our home buyers, when we received another solid offer our lake house we wanted was under contract with someone else. Tammy was searching for us a house any and everywhere and even willing to call back & check on the lake house deal we had to withdraw from. She was willing to get all our contracts submitted no matter the time of day. She never made us feel we had to take a deal, gave us just enough input letting us have final acceptance.
