WOW!! There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for everything Corinne did for us. Bob Henderson is Awesome!!
We just purchased our second home with Bob and both transactions went so smoothly. He is excellent about staying on top of the millions details involved in real estate sales and purchases (did I mention we also sold a house with him?) and communicating with his clients so there are no bad surprises. Our most recent purchase was a second home on a lake two hours from KC, and he was with us at the inspection, walkthrough and closing which we thought was really above and beyond customer service! We would enthusiastically and confidently recommend Bob Henderson to everyone!

Buying my first home was equal parts exciting, stressful, overwhelming, and emotional and I genuinely don’t think I could’ve done it without Corinne. This woman answered my late night panic texts, early morning questions, and held my hand through every single step of the process without ever making me feel like a burden. We saw SOOO many houses together, and not once did she make me feel rushed or pressured into settling. She was honest, patient, knowledgeable, and always in my corner, especially during all of the underwriting chaos and last-minute stress that comes with buying a house. (This one was A LOT!) What meant the most to me was that she cared about more than just closing a deal. She cared about making sure this was the RIGHT home for me and my family. As a first-time homebuyer, that meant everything. If you need a realtor who will hype you up, keep it real with you, answer the texts, and go to bat for you when things get stressful, Corinne is your gal!

Excellent communication and professionalism
Bob dealt with circumstance both out of our control and his. He obtained three favorable contracts on the house in the time we listed with him. While this was drawn out time wise, the result was positive.

Made Selling Our Home Stress-Free and Easy!
