Bobbi truly went above and beyond in helping me sell my Father's home. This was a very difficult time for me and my family and Bobby made it as easy as possible. She went out of her way to enhance the house, to include stripping up carpet to show the hardwood, and any other task needed to ensure the house sold for top dollar. We had first contacted JR two years before the actual sale but decided to hold off another year. This was not a problem for JR and he stated at that time that he would be pleased to represent us in the future. Once we decided to move forward, we contacted JR primarily because of his reputation but also because of his friendly manner. From the start, he conducted himself admirably, keeping us well informed and providing sound counsel. In particular, he was tremendous in managing the repair of a basement leak which occurred 10 days into the listing and was able to quickly get the house back on the market. In summary, my wife and I were thoroughly pleased in every way with JR's handling of the sale of our house. We would not hesitate to provide him with the highest recommendation.
