Oscar Mendez is knowledgeable, honest and a professional agent. In 2013, my husband and I decided to relocate from Seattle, Washington to Las Vegas. We searched and inquired various homes on the internet. We were fortunate that Oscar was the agent that returned our telephone calls regarding certain properties in Summerlin . Oscar, was always available during the times we flew into the city from Seattle. He found us the "perfect" home. Since we were selling our home and in the process of purchasing a new home it was stressful trying to coordinate the closing of properties, and moving company. It was so smooth, no glitches. Oscar timed the closing of our new property right on target! I recommend Oscar Mendez as a great agent for anyone in the process of purchasing or selling a home.

Oscar was right on top of helping me with my needs. We were able to find the right house and Oscar was efficient in helping pass along my information to the seller and was able to help with a winning bid. I was able to close with-in two weeks. Oscar always had good leads for me to look at and was willing to meet me on my schedule not his. We had some late nights.

When we decided to purchase a home in Las Vegas...

When we decided to purchase a home in Las Vegas we spoke to a number of people from Hawaii who had done the same thing and they recommended a number of realtors for us to consider. We did speak to one of the realtors which had been recommended but did not have a good experience. We met Oscar by chance...he responded to my request for information re: Las Vegas real estate. We met with him in November 2013 and within a day we decided on a property to make an offer on. We signed the offer a day after we visited the home and we closed the transaction before the end of 2013. Coming from Hawaii and not being familiar with business in Las Vegas we were a little hesitate to use a realtor which no one recommended. We were not disappointed. Oscar did a great job. He spent time narrowing down the choices based on what we were looking for and though we spent most of one day looking at properties it was well worth the effort. I would strongly recommend Oscar to any of our friends looking for real estate in Las Vegas.

I met Oscar Mendez Jr. at a terrible time in my...

I met Oscar Mendez Jr. at a terrible time in my life. I was losing my home as my husband got sick. I met him through a attorney that sent us to him. He not only helped us short sale (and made no commission worth mentioning) as it took some time with the market and our complex situation. After he sold it for us and protected us as much as he could he found me another place on his own time. He is now someone I consider a friend even family. I am now in a situation where I plan on buying again and he is the only person I would use. He is loyal, trustworthy and loves what he does! One of the hardest workers I know. I feel lucky to have him as my angel!
