Oscar Mendez is knowledgeable, honest and a professional agent. In 2013, my husband and I decided to relocate from Seattle, Washington to Las Vegas. We searched and inquired various homes on the internet. We were fortunate that Oscar was the agent that returned our telephone calls regarding certain properties in Summerlin . Oscar, was always available during the times we flew into the city from Seattle. He found us the "perfect" home. Since we were selling our home and in the process of purchasing a new home it was stressful trying to coordinate the closing of properties, and moving company. It was so smooth, no glitches.
