•I have been working with Tonya over a couple of years now and she has been amazing. First time around she was super attentive and available. I had to go get my life together and when things picked back up she was right there ready to help me find the perfect spot for my son and I. 2nd time around she was still her amazing self! She had a lot of patience with me and she helped me realize that what I thought I wanted was in fact not what I needed. We ended up finding the perfect spot and closing in less than 30 days. The entire process was seamless and stress free. Any questions I had Tonya was able to answer for me and if she wasn't she went and found out for me. Closing was a breeze as well. Lastly Tonya was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking in and knew all the programs and assistance I could receive at closing which allowed me to bring very little money tot he table at closing. I will definitely be referring her to EVERYONE! Thanks again for everything Tonya! You ROCK!
