After the first appointment, Jesus made sure to send me house listings that would fit within my budget and specifications asked, and would always be available when wanting to schedule a tour. When we found the perfect home, Jesus wasted no time in helping us getting the process started and would always call/text if there was any updates. Haley knows what she’s doing. She’s a hard worker and she will sell your home for the maximum profit. Haley sold our home for $75k more than 3 other agents were willing to list it. These other agents told us that our house wouldn’t appraise that high. (they were all wrong) Frustrated with these other realtors, we moved to another state before deciding on a realtor. We ended up signing a contract with Haley because she saw the value in our house. She staged our home, marketed it, and had a full price offer within a few days. She helped us at every step of the way. Our appraisal came in slightly under the asking price. Haley helped us negotiate a fair price with the buyers.
