These other agents told us that our house wouldn’t appraise that high. (they were all wrong) Frustrated with these other realtors, we moved to another state before deciding on a realtor. We ended up signing a contract with Haley because she saw the value in our house. She staged our home, marketed it, and had a full price offer within a few days. She helped us at every step of the way. Our appraisal came in slightly under the asking price. Haley helped us negotiate a fair price with the buyers.
