I wouldn’t use another agent!
I bought my home through Helen 14 years ago so when I decided to sell I knew exactly who to call. Never having sold a house before I was nervous, moving out of the state I was even more scared. But she helped every with every question I had. Nothing I asked was to small or silly, she addressed all of my concerns quickly and appropriately. Every time anyone I know says they are looking to buy or sell a home in the are I tell them: Sellin’ Helen! I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Butt-busting Go Getter
I am so glad we went through Helen to list our property! She advised us on the list price and was accurate within the hundreds. We accepted an offer within a couple days of listing. Despite me contacting her outside of business hours and assuring her it could wait til morning, she responded immediately. She knows Schuylkill County like the back of her hand and can navigate these odd times like a well-worn real estate sailor. She's always been kind to us, too. I highly recommend her!
