Helen provide needed guidance when I needed to sell the house that was part of my mother's estate. She recommended a local business that would clear out the house and prep it for sale. Since I lived a distance away, she was able to send documents securely over the Internet for signing. House was cleared the morning of Maundy Thursday, was listed by that afternoon, and under sale agreement by Easter Saturday. Helen was always very responsive to emails and texts.
