•Honestly, he's the GROAT = greatest realtor of all time. No, I sincerely mean this. Chris knocked himself out handling difficult details related to our move when we were too busy to do it ourselves, such as getting multiple estimates for a driveway repair that was essential to our being able to move in. This involved several trips to meet contractors and was only one part of his above-and-beyond assistance. He's got great people sense: he kept accurate track of our house wishlist; he pointed out flaws and positives on each house, coordinated details effortlessly, and handled a few sticky situations very gracefully. He's the best.
Chris is by far the best realtor my wife and I have ever had work with us. On top of being extremely professional, very personable, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and crazy-fast to respond to inquiries, he went way beyond the call of duty on many occasions. He very quickly ran down any questions my wife and I had, there were many across several properties, and even did the work of getting contractor estimates for driveway repair work that would have taken several hours of my time. He contacted them, met them on site, interacted with them, followed up with them, negotiated with them to a lower price, and helped us choose the best option. This was stellar work done by Chris that we greatly appreciated. In addition to this, Chris had a very keen eye for flaws in houses or items that were positive. He took A LOT of the burden off of us while looking at each house which allowed us to concentrate on higher-level things. There is much more I could write but I will simply summarize by saying that you should use Chris. He's the best. Period. It will be your loss if you don't. ;)
