Honestly, he's the GROAT = greatest realtor of all time. No, I sincerely mean this. Chris knocked himself out handling difficult details related to our move when we were too busy to do it ourselves, such as getting multiple estimates for a driveway repair that was essential to our being able to move in. This involved several trips to meet contractors and was only one part of his above-and-beyond assistance. He's got great people sense: he kept accurate track of our house wishlist; he pointed out flaws and positives on each house, coordinated details effortlessly, and handled a few sticky situations very gracefully.
