•It all started about 6 years ago when Kathy was my realtor that sold me my first home. I wasn’t in the area and she did everything she could from FaceTime, sending daily updates, daily suggestions and very good opinions on homes i may like. She went to great lengths to help and she got me my first home for a great price and some great amenities in it. Fast forward 6 years and why not have her sell my home. I was having huge issues with my old management company with painting and cleaning properly. Again, i wasn’t in the area, but she went above and beyond. She was checking for me to make sure the paint got done properly cleaning and all. She was amazing on all aspects. She got the house ready to sell and under contract within 3 days listing. She had great tips on what to fix or replace to get biggest bang for buck. I’m very appreciative of her and all she has done. She goes above and beyond and is top tier. I would ten out of ten reccomend.
