My fiancé and I were renting and had decided to look at homes in the Ripon, CA area. The first real estate agent we contacted showed us several homes that didn’t fit our vision of our first home together. The real estate agent didn’t seem all that interested to work with us and was not proactive at all. My fiancé found a home online that Henry had listed so we called him about it. He had already sold that home, but told us he would be happy to show us some other homes in the area and asked us what features we were looking at in a home. The first home we looked at with him was perfect. He did show us several other homes, but we ended up buying the first one he had shown us. Henry was hands on the entire home buying process. He gave us timely updates after contacting the inspectors, sellers and our financing institution. If he felt a third party was moving too slowly, he contacted them to ask how things were moving along. We especially appreciated that with our financial institution and the title company. Henry even surprised us by showing up at the title company to be with us while we signed the many, required documents. Henry was very professional, well spoken and modern; he always addressed both my fiancé and myself when communicating with us. I especially appreciated that because I am very put off by professionals who only speak to the male in a relationship. In the end, Henry made the home buying process for my fiancé and I stress free and we walked into our new home feeling like we had made a new friend in the process. I could confidently recommend Henry to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
