We had met Deborah at an open house while we were just cruising around looking at houses; we were from out-of-state. The following weekend Deborah called us and pointed out another home, remembering what we were looking for specifically. It turned out to be the right floor plan and the perfect house for us. During the transition and closing time she was very helpful beyond the typical realtor stuff by helping with organizing, timing and following up with tradesfolk while I was at work crazy hours and my wife was still at the East coast. Even after the closing she continued to help and used her connections to whip the house in shape.

We're very luck she was able to sold our house within one open house and was able to close and settle with the buyer in a timely manner lol actually a bit too fast where the new house wasn't built yet and we need to rent back more than 2+ months. I would totally recommend Deborah to any new buyers/sellers and always give good recommendation on how to sell the house quicker. Actually my husband and I are working with Deborah to sell and buy another investment as we know we can always count on her for an honest feedback.
