I was refered to Ryan because of his knowledge of purchasing moblie homes. Also we had A VA loan option so he found us a lender with the knowledge of VA loans. I have never purchased a home before, so all of it very scary to me. Ryan guided us along the way with what steps we needed to take. As it turns out, we ended up with a house within our budget. Ryan was always understanding and made me understand the process. He even gave us part of his commission to get our payment lowered. He also found Home owners insurance for us as well. Even when I said I wanted to give up he showed me how to get the home we wanted. He kept us informed every step of the way with emails and calls as well. I don't think that I would have stuck it out if he hadn't been encouraging and supportive. I am truly grateful for all his efforts.

My name is William and if you are looking to sell your home Veronica Johnson is absolutely amazing and such a wonderful person, she was there with me through the whole sale never left me never left any questions un answered and if she didn't have one for me she didn't stop until she did. She came into my home helped me clean it up had a person come and patch up all the holes in the walls from my TV mounts and curtains and made me feel like I was one of her family members I couldn't of asked for a better realtor at all. I will be in the market to purchase another home soon and she will be my first and last call. Amazing energy that’s completely focused on getting your house sold and getting the best deal for you. Marvin worked tirelessly to get my property marketed and sold. My home had everything going for except for the hoarding situation behind it that was in full view when you stepped into the yard. He would paint a picture for each potential buyer of what it would look like once the hoarder was gone. The hoarder situation was resolved and Marvin moved into high gear. Home was sold 2 weeks later. Marvin is fun to work with and knows his stuff!
