This isn’t the bay area, where homes that are falling apart sell themselves—this is the valley: a market that requires exceptional real estate agents to convince buyers to buy valley homes at top dollar. Josh and Treasure had my home professionally staged, photographed (including a virtual tour), and marketed to over 100 websites. Was it a miracle or coincidence that they SHATTERED the 8 year Lathrop record for my resale property? Absolutely not. That’s simply how Josh and Treasure roll.
