I'm an out of town investor. Marvin handled doing: clean up, schedule repairs, light renovations and check on the vacant property for me. He got me $25,000 more than what the prior agent was getting me. That's a huge percentage on a 175,000 condo in Stockton. Marvin is honest, very prompt and gets everything handled efficiently with consideration to cost. He went way above and beyond what a realtor normally does when listing a property. Marvin surrounds himself with professionals, he recommended Carolyn Lozano with First American title and she was excellent. Carolyn handled the transaction without a glitch despite being me being out of town and my wife traveling overseas. I have another property in Stockton and there will be no doubt that Marvin will handle selling it.
