I was refered to Ryan because of his knowledge of purchasing moblie homes. Also we had A VA loan option so he found us a lender with the knowledge of VA loans. I have never purchased a home before, so all of it very scary to me. Ryan guided us along the way with what steps we needed to take. As it turns out, we ended up with a house within our budget. Ryan was always understanding and made me understand the process. He even gave us part of his commission to get our payment lowered. He also found Home owners insurance for us as well. Even when I said I wanted to give up he showed me how to get the home we wanted. He kept us informed every step of the way with emails and calls as well.
