Absolutely Incredible!! Me and my wife had originally decided to sell our home with a less experienced local realtor due to a personal relationship we had. Unfortunately, after our home had been sitting on the market for over a month, we decided it was time to bring in Tyler and his team. Best decision ever!! They were very smart, professional and got our house under contract in two (2) days!! Wish I would have hired Tyler and his team the first time. I will refer Tyler and his team to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home. The process was easy, the communication was fantastic and Tyler and him team did all the work. I would rate them 10 STARS if I could. Don't think about other realtors, there is a reason Tyler is one of the best in Western Colorado.

This was the second time we have enlisted Tyler's service for our real estate needs, this time as a seller's agent. Tyler was very communicative and thorough in his work. We appreciated his market knowledge and prompt responses, as well as handling negotiations in our best interest. If you are looking for a real estate professional in Grand Junction, Tyler is the best.

Tyler was a great real estate agent to work with. He staged my house, had it under contract over asking price very quickly, and communicated very well through the entire process. It could not have been an easier process and I thank Tyler for that.

A great professional that knows her trade well. Helped me get a great place fast and easy. Was never late and always worked with me. Which isn't the easiest thing to do. Will be using her again soon!

Tyler went out of his way to accommodate me, even with my early hours and my quirks of "Get-er Now" attitude I would and will recommend him for everyone looking for a real-estate agent, and i might be using him again Thank you!

This is the third time I have worked with Tyler, and each time is better than the previous. I lost my husband and was forced to sell in order to relocate out of the state. Tyler made sure I understood the entire selling process thoroughly, got me top dollar, and took care of every worry I had throughout the process being a newly-widowed woman. It was a very emotional process for me and I wouldn't have been able to do it without Tyler's help.

I needed a real estate professional to sell a piece of land very quickly as part of a 1031 exchange. After interviewing several agents I felt like Tyler's knowledge was a good fit, and I couldn't be happier! Tyler executed the sale of the property very quickly and was very knowledgable about the entire exchange process and worked with all parties to make it seamless. He even arranged a last minute mobile notary to track me down to sign due to travel mishaps. If you are looking to sell property in Colorado Tyler is a must call.

Tyler was great to work with! He was the first realtor I have worked with that kept me updated throughout the process and is a straight shooter. If you are looking for a hardworking real estate expert in the area I don't believe you will find a better one than Mr. Harris.

Tyler was absolutely amazing! He worked so hard for Mark and I. He got us into a new build at just the right time and really worked hard to keep everything on track and keep Mark and I informed of the entire process. So glad our paths crossed!
