Tyler helped us buy and sell our home. He made the process incredibly easy and as stress free as possible. He even went above and beyond to get our payoff information when our lender was dragging their feet. Thank you Tyler for all of your help!

We met Tyler at an open house and he was great from day 1. He was very knowledgeable about the building process and the process in general. Communication was top notch and we never had to question where we were. We are very excited for our new home and we will recommend Tyler to everybody!

Tyler and Kent were fantastic to work with. When listing the property I informed them of the financial distress I was in. They were very understanding and helped strategize a plan to save me from further troubles and I can't thank them enough for that. They were able to quickly find a buyer, made me a priority, and were able to save me from foreclosure. I can't thank them enough and I will recommend everybody I know to Tyler and Kent.

My wife and I had an awesome experience buying a home with Cassidy. She was always looking out for our best interests, super honest, extremely knowledgable, great communication, very reliable, and made the whole home buying process very painless! She went above and beyond what we expected out of a realtor. I would recommend Cassidy to anyone buying or selling a home - she was the best realtor we have used, hands down!

Tyler and Kent saw the potential of our property and had a great game plan for selling it. They brought in the A team for pictures and videos and it really showed. Within 2 weeks we were under contract. They handled every question from the buyers and their realtor and really created a great selling experience for us. It was completely seamless and smooth. I will definitely recommend Colorado Property Partners to everyone!
