I am the Broker/Owner of Realty ONE Group Western Slope. My only objective as your agent is to provide you the best possible real estate experience through unrivaled customer service. Your goals are my mission, and together we will get you where you want to be.
I believe in treating people fairly, always showing integrity, and being fully transparent and honest with people no matter how difficult the situation is.
I was raised in Miami, Florida where I became a competitive Synchronized Swimmer. I competed for ten years as a Junior athlete achieving many State Championships. Upon graduation from high school, I moved to Monterey, California where I continued my competitive career as a Senior athlete along with getting my Judges rating and assistant coaching the younger athletes on the team. As the sport grew around the world, I went to Brazil to coach their National Champion. In 1983 I went to Aruba to prepare and coach their athletes in the 1984 Olympics held in Los Angeles. I also pursued my other passion which was training and showing Arabian horses throughout California where I ended up meeting my husband Bill, on the central coast of California. I was fortunate to live on the family ranch where I took care of the commercial avocado orchard and cow/calf operation for the next six years. From there we went to Alaska for what was to be a short stay and ended up staying for ten years. We worked in the Environmental Field and eventually, for
an Alaskan Native Corporation building a national Telecommunications Company. This allowed us to move all around the Western U.S. We were lucky to experience all the wonderful places west of the Rockies. When we discovered the Grand Valley, we knew we found our permanent home. I have always had a passion for Real Estate and was thrilled to have the opportunity to pursue a career in it. As I have always done, I strive for excellence in whatever I do, and am proud to work for a company like Realty One Group Western Slope. I look forward to meeting new people and sharing my enthusiasm for this beautiful corner of Colorado. I have made this my forever home. Now let me help you make it yours !

Cassidy helped my parents buy their home in Grand Junction, and she was wonderful to work with
Cassidy helped my parents buy their home in Grand Junction, and she was wonderful to work with. She listened carefully, never rushed, and made sure we all understood each step. She also kept me involved from out of state, which mattered a lot to our family.Cassidy helped with more than the house. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods and the community made finding and buying the right house possible. I'd recommend her to anyone, and especially anyone relocating to the Grand Valley!

Cassidy did a great job in helping us find a house in Grand Junction
Cassidy did a great job in helping us find a house in Grand Junction. She kept on communicating regularly and she listened well to what we were looking for and sent us links to different houses available and additional information which matched our needs and interests. We appreciated her knowledge of the system, professional handling of many different aspects required, and her lack of pressure on us. She did a great job of working with the different family members who were supporting us. We appreciated her flexibility!

My family needed the help of a real estate agent to sell a home in Colorado
My family needed the help of a real estate agent to sell a home in Colorado. I called numerous agents that friends and family had worked with, and ultimately we decided on Cassidy. I’m glad we did. She was always open, honest, transparent, responsive, highly knowledgeable about the local and greater real estate market, direct and professional while still warm and friendly. I’m confident we got the most value selling our home and that she added value to the transaction overall. I would recommend her to anyone to consult on their real estate needs.
