•I highly recommend Traci Joseph to anyone who is considering selling or buying a home. Traci was my realtor in several transactions. She was extremely professional, patient, and very easy to work with. Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful experiences and she walked me through each step of the process making me feel extremely comfortable. In the last transaction, she cleaned and staged my home beautifully which was the main reason I received 25 offers! Not only did I receive an above asking price, but I also obtained a two-month free lease back. I was able to close on my home quickly with much more than I even asked for. She was present every step of the way including the home inspections and the open house. After I sold my house Traci worked hard to find me a new home. Since there were very few homes on the market, she took the time to call current residents to see if they were willing to sell. Once we found my dream home, she did whatever she could to make it mine including calling the homeowners after they decided to take it off the market and negotiate with them directly. My “forever” home is now a reality only because of Traci’s diligence. I highly recommend Traci Joseph for all your real estate needs.
