Steve has been a God send. He truly is the best realtor Ever! He is very knowledgeable and does not procrastinate. He is always and I mean always available to answer questions. My husband would call him and text him with all kind of random questions and he would get back to him right away no matter the time. He is a very friendly person and is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He will put on the gloves if he has to when it comes to negotiations and protecting his customers. As a first time home buyer, you need someone like Steve to be on your side. This is the most important transaction and I can honestly say, that Steve has been above and beyond what we expected. Steve took care of all the details, he communicated with me almost on a daily basis, and made the selling of my home look easy. This was bar far the best real estate transaction I have ever had, from the prepping of my home, suggestions for staging of my home, to even taking care of inspection and work that needed to be completed. All I had to do was sign the paperwork, all of which was thoroughly explained to me. All the details were covered. I was also very pleased with the price he negotiated. He is a hard working man who obviously loves is job! Steve is very personable and has a great seance of humor which helped make the transaction go quickly. I talked to him at least on a weekly basis, usually 3 or 4 x. I met with his office Manage Lori Bright and several of his co-workers. One of the things I loved was the office Caravan which helped get things rolling, and also the open houses, which by the way is how my house sold! What a great team! All were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Randy Del Turco from his office sold my house. Kudos to the team! Again, this was my best real estate traction! Every detail was covered. He made it all so easy for me.
