We worked with Kathrin for over a year, and I'm sure at some point, she thought we were not serious about selling and buying a replacement home. I am also sure that she thought I was the pickiest buyer she had ever worked with because I ruled out so many properties that she thought met our criteria. She was confident, and correctly so, that we would receive offers above our asking price. Less than a week after listing our home, we had seven offers, with the lowest being our asking price. Kathrin negotiated with the potential buyers, and five improved their offers. We accepted an offer and then began our search for a new, smaller, single-story home.In less than a week, Kathrin sent a link to the property we now call home. She was likely surprised after I had dismissed so many potential properties that within a few minutes after entering the house, I asked her to buy it for us.
